No Cooking Necessary

Sometimes fresh, raw vegetables are so beautiful that they’re just better left as is.

Here’s a salad that I made the other night with mostly vegetables from the farmer’s market.

Romaine, cucumbers, broccoli, cortland apple slices, sesame seeds, chia seeds, and Annie’s Sesame Ginger dressing.

Truly nom-tastic.
