Detox Day 2

Still feeling quite bad today.

Breakfast was pretty much the same thing as yesterday, but with walnuts instead of almonds.

Lunch was wild rice with raw celery, carrots, and onions, with cumin and cayenne pepper.

Plus some lettuce. The dressing was a tablespoon of tahini with a little water and lemon juice, but I ended up eating just the lettuce.

Snacks today included an apple, some pineapple, an orange, and some raisins.

Dinner was basically a pile of beans.

Definitely craving some things today, especially some bread and butter, vegetable dumpling soup, and an oatmeal raisins cookie. Oh man, that sounds good.

Now, off to sleep.
